Product Description
These endothelial cells were isolated from normal human tonsillar tissue, ideal for vascular and immunological research. Cells are provided at passage 1 and shipped cryopreserved. Use Nuvyra Labs Endothelial Growth Medium to maintain optimal morphology and proliferation.

Handling Upon Arrival
Store immediately at −80°C (short-term) or in liquid nitrogen for long-term preservation.
Thawing & Subculturing Instructions
A) Pre-coat T25 flasks with 2 mL Coating Solution, incubate for 5 minutes, rinse with 4 mL rinse solution, aspirate.
B) Thaw vial in a 37°C water bath, disinfect, and transfer contents into a biosafety cabinet.
C) Add 10 mL Endothelial Growth Medium to flask and seed cells.
D) When confluent, rinse flask twice with 5 mL rinse solution, add 2 mL Detachment Solution, aspirate after 20 seconds.
E) Wait 1–2 minutes at RT or 37°C, then tap the flask to dislodge cells.
F) Add 5 mL Neutralization Solution, centrifuge at 800g for 5 min.
G) Resuspend in 10–15 mL medium, split into 2–3 flasks (1:2 to 1:3 ratio).
H) Refresh medium every 2–3 days; full confluence typically in 7 days.
I) To induce quiescence, switch to Endothelial Basal Medium for 12 hours.
