Handling Upon Arrival

Immediately store vials at −80°C for short-term or in liquid nitrogen for long-term preservation.

Thawing & Subculturing Instructions

A) Coat T25 flasks with 2 mL Nuvyra Labs Coating Solution, incubate for 5 minutes, rinse with 4 mL cell rinse solution, aspirate, and flask is ready.
B) Thaw the vial in a 37°C water bath, disinfect with ethanol, and transfer into a biosafety cabinet.
C) Add 10 mL of Endothelial Growth Medium to a pre-coated T25 flask and seed the cells.
D) When confluent, rinse twice with 5 mL rinse solution, add 2 mL Detachment Solution, aspirate excess within 20 seconds.
E) Wait 1–2 minutes at RT or 37°C, then gently tap the flask to detach cells.
F) Add 5 mL Neutralization Solution, centrifuge at 800g for 5 min.
G) Resuspend pellet in 10–15 mL medium, split into 2–3 T25 flasks.
H) Change medium every 2–3 days; confluence expected within 7 days.
I) For quiescent cells, replace with Endothelial Basal Medium for 12 hrs before use.

Cells are offered for Research Use Only. Not for Clinical Use.
