Product Description
Primary endothelial cells isolated from healthy human coronary artery tissue. These cells are shipped cryopreserved at passage 1 and exhibit strong endothelial phenotypes, including VWF, PECAM1, and DiI-Ac-LDL uptake. Recommended for vascular biology, drug screening, and cardiovascular research. Use with Nuvyra Labs Endothelial Growth Medium for optimal results.

Handling Upon Arrival
Store in a –80°C freezer (short-term) or transfer immediately to liquid nitrogen for long-term storage.
Thawing & Subculturing Protocol

Pre-Coating Flask
-
Use 2 mL of Nuvyra Labs Coating Solution per T25 flask

Incubate 5 min at RT, rinse with 4 mL Cell Rinse Solution

Thawing
-
Thaw vial in 37°C water bath
-
Disinfect with 70% ethanol and proceed under sterile hood
-
Add contents to a pre-coated flask with 10 mL of Nuvyra Labs Endothelial Growth Medium
-
Passaging
-
Rinse cells with Cell Rinse Solution (×2)
-
Add 2 mL Nuvyra Labs Detachment Solution
-
Aspirate after 20 sec and wait 1–2 min until cells round up
-
Tap flask to dislodge cells
-
Neutralize with 5 mL Nuvyra Labs Neutralization Solution
-
Centrifuge at 800g for 5 min
-
Re-Seeding
-
Resuspend pellet in 10–15 mL growth medium

Seed 5 mL per flask (1:2 or 1:3 ratio)

Change medium every 2–3 days
