Product Description
This DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) formulation is a widely used basal medium designed to support the growth of various adherent and suspension cell lines. It contains high glucose and L-glutamine, but excludes sodium pyruvate and HEPES, making it suitable for a 5–10% CO₂ incubator environment to maintain physiological pH (~7.4).

L-glutamine is known to degrade in solution at 37°C. For long-term cultures, consider adding fresh L-glutamine at each passage or using a stabilized substitute such as GlutaMAX.
