Handling Upon Arrival
Thawing & Subculturing Instructions
A) Pre-coat T25 flask with 2 mL Nuvyra Labs Coating Solution, incubate 5 min at room temp, rinse with 4 mL cell rinse solution.
B) Thaw cell vial in 37°C water bath, disinfect exterior with 70% ethanol, and transfer into biosafety cabinet.
C) Add 10 mL Endothelial Growth Medium into flask and transfer cells.
D) When confluent, passage as follows:
-
Rinse with 5 mL rinse solution (×2)
-
Add 2 mL Detachment Solution, aspirate excess in 20 seconds
-
Wait 1–2 min at RT or 37°C, tap to release cells
-
Add 5 mL Neutralization Solution and centrifuge at 800g × 5 min
E) Resuspend in 10–15 mL medium, seed 5 mL/flask into 2–3 pre-coated flasks (1:2 or 1:3 split)
F) Change medium every 2–3 days; cells become confluent within 7 days
G) For quiescent cells: switch to Endothelial Basal Medium for 12 hrs pre-experiment
Cells are offered for Research Use Only. Not for Clinical Use.
