Handling Instructions Upon Arrival
Transfer frozen vial into −80°C freezer for short-term or liquid nitrogen tank for long-term storage.

Thawing & Subculturing Protocol
A) Pre-coat T25 flasks using 2 mL Nuvyra Labs Coating Solution, incubate for 5 minutes, rinse with 4 mL rinse solution.
B) Thaw vial at 37°C, sanitize, and transfer to biosafety cabinet. Add 10 mL Nuvyra Labs Endothelial Growth Medium to pre-coated flask and plate cells.
C) When confluent, rinse cells twice with rinse solution, then apply 2 mL Nuvyra Labs Detachment Solution and aspirate after 20 seconds.
D) Wait 1–2 minutes or until cells round up, then tap flask to detach.
E) Add 5 mL Nuvyra Labs Neutralization Solution, centrifuge at 800g for 5 min.
F) Resuspend in 10–15 mL fresh medium, seed into 2–3 T25 flasks (1/2 or 1/3 ratio).
G) Feed every 2–3 days. Confluency usually reached in 7 days.
H) For quiescence, switch to Endothelial Basal Medium ~12 hours before experiments.

Important Notes

  • Use only Nuvyra Labs reagents to ensure consistent cell phenotype and performance.

  • Report any quality-related concerns within 30 days of receipt.
